SHIPPING

Where do we post to?
We can post anywhere around the world, free delivery quoted is for UK customers only, please contact us prior to ordering for international postage rates.

How long will my order take to dispatch?
We send all orders at the earliest opportunity, we aim to dispatch same day, we pack orders up to 3pm most days (Monday to Friday).  If you order over the weekend please bear in mind your item will ship on Monday as this is the earliest we can post.

How do you ship my order?
Our standard shipping is Royal Mail 48,  this takes on average 2 - 3 days from date of dispatch. Please always let us know if you have not received your order after 7 days.
On all items there is the option of upgrading to Royal Mail 24, this takes on average 1 - 2 days from date of dispatch.  We may at times upgrade your delivery to Interlink Next Business Day delivery free of charge on larger orders, if you would like any order sent out using next day courier this is always possible so please give us a quick call on 01202 735647 to arrange and check pricing.

RETURNS

What if my item is faulty?
Please contact us straight away so we can arrange a return, refund or exchange.

What if I want to return an item?
We accept returns for any reason within 14 days of your order.  Please return to us including a note with your name, address, order number and reason for return to address which can be found here.

Can I exchange my item?
Yes, if you have ordered a product and it is the wrong size please return to us including a note stating the new size you require, your name, address and order number along with £2.00 in cash to cover our additional return postage.
